Products

1.1 All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.

1.2  In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery/collection date

1.3 Certain flower and plant products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.

1.4 Products are delivered next day unless other delivery date is selected or is you do not selection a date

1.5 We guarantee to deliver flowers in great condition of freshness.

Prices

2.1 Prices listed within the www.sebastien.asia/eboutique  are valid till further notice. During special festival like Valentine’s day some products may not be available and/or their prices modified to cover the increase of prices in the flower markets.

2.2 Prices include VAT

2.3 Except where stated product prices exclude delivery fees.

2.4 A processing fee will be applied to orders when using the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB

2.5 Please note that from time to time, product and delivery prices on www.sebastien.asia/eboutique  may vary from the prices in our shop or n other website.

Orders / Payment

3.1 You will be given clear instructions to navigate the order process and will be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.

3.2 We accept online payment by debit cards from the only following Thai Banks: Bangkok Bank, Kasikorn Bank, KTB, and SCB

We accept online payment by international credit cards issued by  VISA, Mastercard and JCB. We charge 100 Thai baths for each Credit card payment to cover the increase of the card processing fee.

If you decide to pay by Bank transfer,  note that  we only accept Thai Baths.

3.3 By clicking on the ‘Pay Now’ button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on www.sebastien.asia/eboutique.

3.4 Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.

3.5 We cannot accept orders from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years.

Delivery

4.1 We proudly arrange and deliver 100% of the products we create for our clients. We do not use 3rd party florist to do handle your order. We deliver all our flowers by hand. No postal delivery.

4.2 Our creations are arranged just before the delivery and our driver are trained to handled the fragile shipment to ensure they are handed over in pristine condition.

4.3 To ensure tracking, recipient of the flowers will be asked to delivery note as a proof of the delivery has been done.

4.4 We reserve the possibility to contact of the recipient by phone to ensure someone will be at the delivery address or to double check the address.

4.5 In case we deliver and nobody is present, we will leave a note to contact us to arrange a new delivery.

4.6 We deliver Monday till Friday from 9 am till 6 pm, except public holidays.

Morning delivery needs to be placed the day before 3 pm the day before.

Afternoon delivery needs to be placed in the morning before 10 am.

These conditions may vary on peak days like Valentine’s. A notification will appear on the website at these times.

4.7 To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

4.8 In the case of delivery to certain locations, where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, Funeral Directors, hotels, and other business locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.

4.9 As we are located in a highly populated city with an highly congested traffic we do not guarantee specific time except for funeral flowers (our In Sympathy collection)/ Whilst every effort will be made to ensure your order is delivered prior to the time selected, no guarantee for delivery by the time specified can be given. To assist us in meeting your preference, please ensure your order is placed at least two working days prior to the preferred delivery time

For all others orders, please selection Morning delivery, Afternoon delivery or Day Delivery bearing in mind the following:

Morning delivery needs to be placed the day before 3 pm the day before.

Afternoon delivery needs to be placed in the morning before 10 am.

4.10 Before placing your order, please review delivery cut-off times & prices.

4.11 We shall not be liable for any failure to perform in our obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service and congested road  traffic.

Cancellation/Amendments

5.1 If, for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order you can do so, call us+ 66 2 264 5344 or emailing: boutiquebkk@sebastien.asia.  Alternatively you can cancel your order, by filling in the customer feedback form on our contact us page. Please give 48 hours notice before the requested delivery date.

5.2 We regret that you may not cancel an order for: (i) perishable goods once your order has been dispatched; or (ii) customised goods if as at the time you seek to cancel, the customisation process has begun.

5.3You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.

6.2 Our staff will handle your calls from 8.30 am until 6 pm Monday to Friday.

6.3 Because of the perishable nature of most products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.

6.4 Complaints policy: In the event of any complaint please contact us and we’ll do all we can to put the situation right, or, if you prefer, give you your money back.

Disclaimer

7.1 Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the www.sebastien.asia/eboutique  Site is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the www.sebastien.asia/eboutique and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the www.sebastien.asia/eboutique Site.

7.2 We shall not be liable for any delay or inability to perform our obligations to you if such delay is due to any cause whatsoever beyond our reasonable control.

7.3 SEBASTIEN® understands that it is under a legal duty to supply goods that are in accordance with the contract.

Use of SEBASTIEN®  discount voucher codes.

8.1 SEBASTIEN® discount voucher codes (also abbreviated to ‘Voucher codes’) can only be used against purchases made on www.sebastien.asia/eboutique for delivery to Bangkok address only.

8.2 Voucher codes must be entered in the relevant section of the order process on www.sebastien.asia/eboutique . We are unable to apply a discount to orders already placed.

8.3 Voucher codes are usually restricted to one use per customer and should not be passed on to additional recipients.

8.4 Voucher codes may also be set to a maximum number of redemptions – if we are not able to accept the discount code you have entered it will be because the code has expired or maximum redemption level for promotion exceeded. We will advise you accordingly in the order process and the discount will not be applied.

8.5 Selected voucher codes may be restricted for use against specified products – where possible, details of any restrictions will be communicated at the point where we promote the voucher code to you.

8.6 Voucher codes cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative or used in conjunction with any other promotions.

8.7 Where the voucher code entitles you to a percentage discount, the discount will not be applied to the delivery charge.

8.8 Voucher codes may be withdrawn, or suspended without notice for any reason. We will advise you within the order process if we cannot accept the discount code you have entered.

8.9 We cannot be held responsible for non-availability of www.sebastien.asia/eboutique  which may prevent use of Voucher codes.

8.10 Changes to these terms of use may be made at any time.

9.1 All other rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by Creative Floral Solutions Thailand Limited and Creative Flower Solutions (HK) Ltd Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non commercial use is prohibited without the permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost something on this website for any purpose.

My Account service – terms and conditions

10.1 www.sebastien.asia/eboutique My Account Service is provided as a complimentary for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. In order to provide the Service, we will hold certain personal information. Except to the extent that we are required or permitted by law, any personal information which we collect will be used solely for the purposes of providing the Service.

10.2 To register with the Service you must be over eighteen years of age.

10.3 When you register with the Service you will be required to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us immediately. Should you forget your password, please use the password reminder service (this option can be found adjacent to the My Account login box).

10.4 If SEBASTIEN®  has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Service or site, we may require you to change your password, or may suspend use of the Service.

10.5 You must ensure that the details you provide on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

10.6 You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details. You can update the details you have given us at any time by going to the ‘About Me’ Personal Profile section of My Account. This will ensure that the Service we provide is accurate and up to date.

10.7 Use of the Service is intended to assist with purchases to be made via the site.

10.8 Your access to the Site and Service may be occasionally restricted to allow for routine maintenance.

Click & Collect

11.1 We offer you to order products  from www.sebastien.asia/eboutique  and to come and collect them from our Bangkok boutique if you do not require a delivery

11.2 At the time of placing your order you will be advised of the earliest collection time available for your order.

11.3 When ordering you will be asked to specify the date and in some instances a time you wish to collect your order. Due to the perishable nature of our products please ensure you collect your order no later than 24 hours after the collection date/time you specified.

11.4 If for any reason we are unable to prepare the item you have ordered for collection on the requested date/or at the requested time we will attempt to contact you in advance of your chosen collection date/time to advise you and either re-arrange collection or cancel the order.

11.5 Due to the bespoke, perishable nature of our products, we are unable to refund or offer replacement products for orders which you fail to collect.

11.6 When collecting your order, please ensure you have a copy of your order confirmation email (stating order number) with you together with a piece of personal identification (i.e. driving licence) as we may ask for these as proof of identity when you collect your order.
